A few sketches
Here are a few sketches and color tests drawn by Carlos in preparation for the series.
Those first two are a color test of Alaï, with some great facial expressions, and a cute underwear design for the same character. Carlos spent far too much time thinking about our characters’ underwear…
Here are two more color tests, one for the innkeeper from the prologue, and one for a panel from page 1 of the prologue. Isn’t Alaï so cute moping like that?
And two unused cover designs, featuring Alaï, Jiky and Elion, an important character you’ll meet in issue #1.

I’ll let Carlos answer the question about Handjob.
As for the series, the plan is to have 3 arcs of 3 issues each, so 9 issues. Fingers crossed and all that.

I never heard form Handjob Magazine before. I thank you for sharing the link. I checked it out and I really like Josman´s art, very interesting!
